If you cancel more than 90 days before your event date, you will receive a refund of your payments minus $250.00
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, a rescheduling fee of up to $250.00 may apply. We will always do our best to work with you on available dates.
Payment Schedule:
A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.
A second $500 payment is due halfway to your event date.
Your final balance is due one month before your event.
If you need to break payments into smaller installments, we’re happy to discuss flexible options.
Yes, alcohol is allowed in our event space. However, we require a licensed bartender to serve alcohol and follow all state and local laws.
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own caterer, DJ, photographer, florist and other vendors. If alcohol will be served, a licensed and insured bartender is required. Alcohol may not be sold at the venue.
Rental time depends on the option you choose. Half-day rentals include 6 consecutive hours, while full-day rentals include 12 consecutive hours. Your rental time includes setup, your event and cleanup.

We ask that you and your vendors remove all personal items, decorations and anything brought into the venue. Tables should be cleared, spills or excessive messes cleaned up, and all trash should be bagged and tied. We'll take care of disposing of the bagged trash.
Please make sure the venue is left tidy and all belongings are removed before the end of your rental time.
Yes! The Livery is located just off Covington Square, with ample public street parking and nearby public lots within easy walking distance for your guests.
Absolutely. The Livery features ramp access and ADA-compliant restrooms so every guest can celebrate comfortably.

Special Events Insurance required
Insurance Requirement
To ensure a safe and successful event, all clients are required to provide a Special Event Insurance policy or insurance rider for their event.
This coverage protects YOU. While our venue carries its own insurance, it does not extend to your event, guests, or vendors. In many cases, your homeowner’s insurance may be able to add the event as a rider—simply contact your provider to check. If not, you will need to purchase a Special Event Insurance policy.
